The Law of Attraction

Most are familiar with the idea of the Law of Attraction, one of the most powerful of the Universal Laws. Most simply put The Law of Attraction (LOA) is based on the concept of ‘like attracts like’, so we get back what we put our energy and focus on. Everything around us is made up of energy and in this respect, everything is connected. Energy cannot change its form or stop, it cannot disappear.

LOA is based on the concept that positivity begets positivity, and negativity begets negativity, so, as our thoughts are made of pure energy, like energy attracts like energy. The Law of Attraction suggests that by focusing on positive or negative thoughts, people can bring either positive or negative experiences into being. The idea is that by changing our thoughts we can manifest what we want or need in our life. All of us can attract things with our thoughts and intentions but to do this the experiences that we want we need to align to match the way that we think and feel.

Once we have focused on what we want, we cannot simply sit back and wait for things to happen. We need to take action to achieve our goals. This entails aligning our words, thoughts, and actions, doing as much as we can to support our desires, by acting as if we have already achieved our desire, we send a clear message to the universe.

The law can be broken down into three parts.

Like attracts like suggests that people tend to attract similar others. It also means our thoughts bring about equal results and when we concentrate on negative things, they will come back at us in kind; but if you want something better for yourself then it’s important not only change what enters into your mind (thoughts) or how often those inputs occur–you must also remove any negative elements from external sources as well so there are no competing energies present during this process.

Nature abhors a vacuum, argues that by removing negative aspects from your life, you make room for more positive things to come in. The theory is based on the idea that it is impossible to have a completely empty mind or existence. Supporters of this belief state that since something will always fill this void, it is crucial to fill it with hope.

According to the law of perfect present, there is always something you can do to make your current situation better. Even if it does not seem like it, every moment gives us an opportunity to improve our lives. By putting our energy into making the most of now, we can create more happiness for ourselves and those around us.

How to apply the Law of Attraction in Your Own Life

So, how do you get started with the law of attraction? According to this philosophy, you create your own reality. What you focus on is what you draw into your life. It suggests that what you believe will happen in your life is what does happen.

Some things that you can do to incorporate the law of attraction into your own life include:

  • Visualize your goals. Really see and feel yourself achieving them.
  • Look for the positives in a situation, no matter how small they may be.
  • Be grateful for what you have, even if it is not exactly what you want.
  • Start paying attention to your thoughts and feelings. Identify any negative thinking patterns so you can reframe them in a more positive way.
  • Imagine your life as if your goals have already been manifested

Use positive affirmations to create the life you want. Here are examples concerning perfect relationships, wealth and perfect health and wellbeing. Amend the words to suit your own circumstances,

Loving Relationship

I AM in a perfect, loving relationship. I AM open and receptive to love. I release all fear and doubt, and I know that I am worthy of love. I AM happy and loved. My ideal partner is out there, and we are drawn together by our mutual love and respect. We are a perfect match, and our relationship is beautiful and fulfilling. Together, we are happy, healthy, and whole.

Wealth and Abundance

I AM a money magnet. I attract wealth and abundance into my life. Money comes to me easily and effortlessly. I AM open and receptive to all the abundance that life has to offer. I am grateful for all the prosperity and riches that come my way. I know that I deserve to be financially successful and prosperous. Wealth flows freely and effortlessly into my life. I AM financially free and independent. I AM surrounded by luxury and abundance. I live a life of ease, joy, and abundance.

Health and Wellbeing

I AM healthy and whole. I experience perfect health and well-being in my life every day. I release all negative thoughts and emotions about my health. I AM surrounded by love and support. My body is strong and healthy. I AM filled with vitality and energy. I AM living a long, healthy, and prosperous life. Perfect health is my birth right. I AM deserving of perfect health and well-being. My mind, body, and spirit are in perfect harmony. I AM grateful for my perfect health and well-being.
